exactly we have so much talent we should be in the hunt every year not 3rd like this year and making no changes.

Miles is a lot smarter than some people, including myself, would like to think he is. I think that's why he turned down the Michigan job.

This is the problem. We were "in the hunt" this year. If you can't take one or two years of not beating the snot out of everybody you play then you are doomed to disappointment.
Reasonable people realize there are other teams in the nation that have just as much talent as LSU and can beat them on any given day.
ETA: In summary - to think you will be the best every year forever and ever is a child's dream.
