That's because everyone here besides Auburn and Tennessee either hates Tennessee and/or Janzen Jackson.

Auburn is only sticking up for us because the enemy of my enemy is my friend and all that.

FWIW, I hate your asses too. I just happen to think it was a clean hit.

Yes, but Auburn fans have been conditioned to think everything is a clean hit.

Nah, TN is sticking up for him because he's their player, and sometimes judgment can get clouded on things like this.

AU is not sticking up for TN. They're sticking up for the brand of football that is taught at their university. They're not taught hardnosed, tough ball. They're taught cheap shots, like chop blocks, and Nick Fairley late hits. But defending you, it makes them feel cleaner about their program.

We are taught how to own your teams arse and run right over them, intimidate, and dominate them.

Then we are conditioned to hear you whine and wah wah to make yourself feel better.

Right, because we are the only school to get called for a chop block. It's not like bama got called for any this year. Not to mention when DJ Williams dove at the back of Savage's legs and ended his career. If PP made this hit LSU fans would just now be getting out of the circle jerk.

No, I think they would still be jerking it and whining about the call until sometime next football season.

Helmet or shoulder isn't the point. He left his feet to lay a knockout blow and that's what they called him for = Launching. If he'd have kept his feet and driven through the receiver then it'd have been ok.

Ummmm....there's no rule I'm aware of against "launching". The announcer came up with that crap all on his own.

Hang on....let's see if I can help ya'll out.

First I'll give ya this:
