Jbbama. Just rewatched the last play in regulation in slow mo. After the run play, the linesman rushs to the hash from the unc sideline with the spot and the Umpire sets the ball for ready with no hesitation. from the Umps position, his back to the UNC sideline he could have no way of seeing that a few guys were going on the field in a confused mess, so he correctly sets the ball...what he can see - the TN sideline had no players coming or going...
