I don't remember the details of the last few seconds even though I saw it....seems like if memory serves, the play prior was the long pass to RR(?) which was a first down, that only stops clock for the chain reset, and then after chains are set and the ump sets the ball, it's a hot clock situation ie the clock starts on the referees ready, so I don't think JJ snapped it with any time left in regulation
