Jake Locker = Ryan Leaf
Cam Newton = JaMarcus Russell
Who would you rather have? How about neither. There are 2 PAC-10 quarterbacks better than Locker right now (Nick Foles and Andrew Luck) and at least 1 SEC quarterback better than Cam Newton (Mallett).
Yeah, Cam's hot a high ranking, but it's because he's throwing to wide open receivers since the defense is trying to hard to contain him.
