Who will be drafted higher in next year's NFL Draft?

Jefferson goes before both

Any team who takes Locker over Newton is just stupid. Locker is one of the more overhyped players I've seen recently.

tough question right now I'd go with Newton.
By April that could change.
Personally, I'd take Locker without hesitation.

I'd take Newton. Money going to his head won't be an issue

Andrew luck will be a better pro QB

Locker is an athlete trying to play QB. In 5 years, he is just as raw as he was out of HS. His yards per completion is very pedestrian, but then again, pedestrian comes up a lot when talking about Locker's QB play...

Jake Locker hands down..... Newton will be done in by 2014.....Flopzilla!!! He will have a bunch of money! Cecil will drop from being a rev!! He won't need to do that (pretend) anymore !! Cam Will run that pie-hole to the wrong person, after being spoiled all his life with preferential treatment---he will smile about something he got over on someone and bam---Just my .02 cents

As a QB, Locker will go waaaaaaay before Cam Newton, but Newton will in reality probably only be 8-15 spots below Locker considering he'll be drafted as an athlete rather than a QB.

Before seeing what Vick had become I would have said Locker just because that is the type of offense I like but after watching what a real dual threat qb who is finally able to see the field and make good decisions; I take Newton.

Newton. Neither is/should be a first rounder though.

Through one half here is Locker's stats against Nebraska.
0-7
0 Yards
0 TD's
0 INT's
CFBFAN had the same idea as me.
