I think Ole Miss is better academically, a nicer campus and a better national perception than Miss. State.


Flagship doesn't necessarily mean "better academics." If that were the case, EMORY would trump em all in Georgia.

The best overall representation of the state?


Bc most people nationwide know the phrase "Roll Tide" and relate it to a country accent coming out of a female smoker"s voice...not a great representation

Meanwhile people think were a private school some places I have gone

Emory is private.

GT is basically just and engineering school and is considered top 4 or 5 in the country overall in engineering. Vandy is the only close school to them as they have been considered up near the top 20 overall universities in the country.
