Moving on to some bad news for the program as a whole. The word we received is that an influential newspaper will be breaking a story that we’ve been sitting on since back in October. It’s not fair to the vast majority of the program because in reality we heard it was just a couple of guys who made really poor decisions. But it could end up being a black stain on a program that’s already sucking wind and licking its wounds from 5-7.

You have to wonder why Mack didn’t step down after 5-7 and this scandal brewing. Either he’s lost his golden touch or underestimated Bellmont’s ability to handle things quietly, but this could fall back on Mack if it comes to light he overlooked some illicit activities to cover for an old friend.
