Dan Mullen has close to a dozen 4*s on his two deep right now, not a ton but enough to be competitive, and that number will be growing. Kelly probably has around that number as well, and like Mullen, that number will be growing.
Harbaugh's recruiting is picking up as well.

Go take a peak at UO's classes over the past few years, I think you will be surprised. Same with Stanford's and MSU's.
