What makes you think we'll want to get rid of him in two years? He's done nothing but improve our program in every single facet since he took the job three years ago.

If the "best we can do" is get a coach that takes us to our first BCS bowl in his third year here (and the second BCS bowl of his career), then we're not doing too badly for ourselves.
