How exactly does a college kid that isn't suppose to be paid and who's family is bankrupt, and who's father is in federal prison afford that car?

The same way a personal friend of mine has no visible means of income, nor does his wife, yet they have a HUGE house, three brand new high dollar cars and trucks, and a decked out Harley.
I have no friggin' clue...

Mark Ingram's mom has a degree and works as a social worker, plus his dad gets a NFL pension so they are not destitute. Anyway it's been checked out by the school and reported to the NCAA so no dice.
