My chefs are some of the greatest in the world and can multi-task. When you have money, you can afford to get your chefs trained to do things like this. Then again, that is if you have a lot of money, so you wouldn't know...

I could be wrong here, but I don't think you fish for lobsters. Pretty sure they are caught in traps during season.
