Mullen brought in the 22nd ranked class in 2009 and has gone 5-1 vs. the SEC East, 6-2 vs. OOC opponents, is 8-4 in the 2nd year of rebuilding, and 13-11 overall. yeah, your post makes sense.

they gotta find negativity somewhere. That's why their on Miami & Colorado message boards promoting Mullen, trying to get him away from here.

Come on Rebs, are you going to use this "Dan Mullen hasn't beat anybody in the West other than Ole Miss" argument to justify yourself?

Like the LSU poster said, most Ole Miss fans are the older generation. Most State fans are under 40 because a LARGE majority of Mississippians graduated from state as compared to Ole Miss. Plus a lot of Ole Miss alums/fans live outside of the south.

5-1 vs. the SEC East

The East was horrible this year and he dodged the best team. Last year you played Kentucky, UF, and Vandy.

So that's two wins over Kentucky, a win over Vandy, and wins over 7-5 Florida and 6-6 Georgia. It's better than us sure, but that certainly doesn't blow me away.

Wins over MTSU, Memphis (who is one of the worst teams in FBS this year), Alcorn State, Houston (with a 3rd string QB), UAB, and Jackson State. Wow. Impressive.

This should have been the crux of your argument. He's done a great job in Starkville this year.
