Yeah, umm.. folks that would be interested in a house like that aren't too worried about how the market is doing right now, they've already got bank.

Wrong again. High end homes have / are being hit a lot harder than anything under $200,000. They are not selling at all. Hell, Tubs old house in Auburn is still for sale and hasn't been shown in 9 months.
