Mike Slive is just doing what the NCAA is telling him. He isn't ignoring the rules. It isn't an SEC investigation it is an NCAA investigation.

The fact that Mike Slive has all his ducks counted for now... and could lose his job if enough people find out about it all...
considering that, if he's got the right friends... auburn is gonna end up in the clear.
