NCAA rules (Bylaw 12.3.3) do not allow individuals (Cecil Newton) or entities to represent a prospective student-athlete (Cam Newton) for compensation to a school for an athletic scholarship.

I believe the FBI will be the entity who will break open the case with their findings.
