Should more evidence come to light involving Auburn, there could be later repercussions

Well no shite. But that can also be read that based on the REAL evidence the NCAA currently have that no further action against Cam or Auburn is being pursued.

Exactly. Which means, Tapes or STFU.

Since when does the bylaw state that the player had to have knowledge of the solicitation of funds for him to be deemed ineligible? Am I missing something?

The NCAA knows the solicitation took place, the bylaw states that soliciting funds is an infraction. How is Cam eligible?

The pounding the NCAA is taking in the press for the loophole precedent they have now set will cause them to react to this situation again IMO.

Not really. The eligibility side of the NCAA pretty much is a cursory glance and tell me what you have, insert school. Then they give their opinion. The investigative side digs and speaks to people that, insert school, fail's to mention on the other side.
