They would have no grounds, since there is not a precedent. Plus, the NCAA stated "based on current evidence" when they ruled him eligible.

College football needs to be kept on the football field and out of the courtroom. These legislators and lawyers for the mid-majors need to stop filing their petitions against the NCAA. It's getting ridiculous.
