Yea they'd win no doubt too. I hear this is already in the works and the supreme court just can't wait till it gets appealed to them...They're huge TCU supporters and as you know the government is hugely against monopolies and it is argued that the BCS violates anti-trust laws.




But seriously. No. They wouldn't have standing.
