The girl attacked Upshaw correct? The girl was also arrested correct? The girl was smiling in her mugshot correct? The girl had no physical injuries correct? The girl's dad admitted that his daughter instigated the fight correct? Upshaw had his day in court correct? The charges were dismissed correct?
That said, did I ever say I condoned his actions? Did I say those Auburn players should be punished? No I didn't.
