Yep. No question. How many lawyers have you EVER seen answer questions about anything in a fricking parking lot when they are unprepared? I'm telling you. This was staged.
Now. With that said, I'm still glad that they said something! There may have been a lot of lawyerisms in what he said, but the one thing he said emphatically was that the Newton's hadn't taken ANY money from anyone. That means the USC styled NCAA death sentence is off the table.

Again, for the millionth time, do you think he's going to say that he has?
Even the best criminal defense attorney's will proclaim their clients innocence JUST IN CASE evidence is fricked up somewhere along the way and the client gets off.
He's the attorney, he get's paid to look stupid for the family.
