Agreed Diamond dawg but clearly Newton has admitted to seeking money for his services across state lines twice. That is quid pro quo bribery. (3 to 5 years minimum)

They will advise him on penalities for purgery. Play the tapes, and read the other witness statements and he will cut a deal and throw everyone else under the bus.

There is no bribery what is the difference in you seeking money to do a job in three different states. It is not illegal to pay a kid to play to attend a school.
