We know nothing will be declared until the season is over so I fully expect AU to ride him to glory if they can. They will just deal with the ramifications later and the other teams that could be contenders will be screwed.

What will be the aftermath for the people making the decision if Cam is declared ineligible after the sesaon and Auburn is sanctioned (likely severely, if they played him knowing that he was most likely ineligible)? I would anticipate a number of people will lose their jobs. If your job was on the line would you play him? (You might make a different call if you weren't at personal risk, but is the dynamic the same if you lose your job if you make the wrong decision?)

I would suspect those people (HC, AD, other asst coaches and athletic staff) already know and have known the info so to pull the kid at this point could also implicate them. Heads are going to roll if they pull him starting today or play him....I just don't see it making a difference in the end.

My biggest frustration is what it is doing to the season for other teams...mainly Boise, TCU, LSU and others in possible contention for the NC.

If this blocks another team from going to the NC and we find this out once it's too late, AU will be one seriously despised school. If it were to block LSU....there will be some serious hate there.
