I did take a moment to think about it, and TCU has a bunch to gain with having Auburn out of the picture. Seems very suspicious IMO that is a TCU poster bringing this to light.

Then you didn't think hard enough because if Oregon stays undefeated and LSU wins out - Then TCU will not be in the BCS Championship game.

ETA:

Wins out includes Aubbie ineligible and LSU in the SECCG, of course.

'Tain't necessarily so. The pollsters are not likley to reward LSU for for a forfeit by Auburn, if the Auburn wins are vacated before the SECCG. I am not sure how the computers would treat it, but I would suspect that it would be treated as no game, and we would have to wait until the result of the SECCG to see the true results of the a forfeit on the computers. I suspect that the pollsters will not move LSU above TCU and it may come down to computers.

On the other hand, if I were a TCU fan, I wouldn't take it as a given that they would be in over LSU, if LSU wins out.
