The guy attended the same church as a I did in Tuscaloosa. He's very religous. Having a hand gun on his person, without a liscense, is hardly the same as passing out at 2:30 a.m. in the Taco Bell drive thru.

No shite. There isn't a person in a neighborhood outside of Tuscaloosa that would recognize him.
