Right now I know these teams have or will for sure play on CBS this season:
Bama
UF
AU
Ark
USC
LSU
UT
I doubt Vanderbilt or MSU makes it on but somewhere along the way I feel confident UGA and probably Ole Miss or Kentucky will be on so that means at most three SEC teams will maybe not make it on CBS. You actually think the fines they will have to pay to those three teams (which you say are hefty) will be more than the benefit of showing games that will have much higher ratings?

No, not at all. But signing these contracts with the SEC are pointless if that is their model. They should revamp them to at least make it obvious that they will show SEC games but only certain teams.
