not surprised one bit. the way Saban runs his program and how he manages scholarships, it was bound to happen sooner or later that people finally got fed up with it and want something done.

hopefully this is the catalyst that leads to this loophole getting changed to even the playing field for the programs that don't use these tactics.

Yeah, its well beyond time to do away with these "medical scholarships"...if a guy gets hurt, then frick you and get off my campus. Its not like they were going to do anything with a degree anyway...
