This is such a non-issue it's not even funny. Ingram cleared it with both Bama's compliance dept AND the NCAA. I have no clue why this was posted other than to stir up Bama fans

Not drastically..not to the effect that it will effect whether you are left out of the BCS Title game.

Even if LSU's SOS is hurt by UNC's best players having to sit out, all you have to do is win all of your games and you will more than likely be there for the Big Dance.

Signed,

The bitter boogs of 2004.

I can't wait until we get our first asterisk next to our first win of the season by playing a UNC team that is missing its 2 best players. Woo-hoo, I can hardly wait.

And besides, it's the ACC. Your SOS is going to take a hit anyway. Even with Clemson's best players playing in the game our SOS still took a hit. They completely imploded.

LSU will have 10 of their 12 regular season games against BCS teams - and 5 of those away from Tiger Stadium

Their SOS will not be the issue IMO... esp since the teams they will be playing include the last two NC winners

He has to show receipts for everything while there, well not everything but the major expenses such as hotel, food, transportation things like that. If he lies about anything it can get a bit rough at that point. This could be a random audit or it could be they have information he went to something while there.

True but if you know Ingram, it is a non issue. He has alot of character and would not lie to them. If he told them prior to going, which I believe he did, I have no doubt that he'll show them the proper receipts.

I'd be more concerned if the compliance department at BAMA actually told TMZ anything other than GTFO.

Spoken like a true Bama coach.

Unfortunately when you have to vacate all those wins, the other team doesn't get credit for a win.
