I'd like to see Drew Brees without Sean Payton

Drew Brees (2003)- 262/400, 65.5 CMP%, 3159 yards, 27 TDs, 7 INTs, 7.9 YPA, 104.8 QB rating

Drew Brees (2004)- 323/500, 64.6 CMP%, 3576 yards, 24 TDs, 15 INTs, 7.2 YPA, 89.2 QB rating

And he put up those numbers with one of the most conservative coaches in the NFL and a mediocre WR corps. I'll say he did just fine.

...and LT in his prime and Antonio Gates. He wasn't playing with nobodies in San Diego, although under Payton he has established career highs in pretty much every stat.

I'd chose Nick in appreciation for for his poor evaluation of Brees allowing the Saints to sign him! Look how that worked out!
