No, not forgetting it.

Its black population lives almost entirely in New York City, where there is no place for kids to play football and where most high schools do not even have high school football programs.....which is the main reason it does not produce much football talent.

And most of the white guys upstate who would play football if they lived somewhere else, play hockey instead.
