Usually the arguments start with Auburn fans telling Alabama fans to get back to work because they are worthless pieces of shits. Then Alabama fans yell "13 bitch". Then Auburn fans yell "you didn't even go to college".

Then guns are drawn, babies are stabbed, lives are ruined.

My ex brother-in-law is a certified, dumb-arse, barner, (and no he has never attended a class at Auburn). I can't stand to be in the same room with him. All he talks about is the times that the Barn beat Alabama. He even told me once that winning your bowl game didn't mean anything.

So to answer your question, yes.

It depends on if you really know the person or not. I have several auburn friends that I can carry on a football conversation with and it not turn into a fight. Then there are the people you meet randomly that start shite...for example:

On my way home from the spring game last year and stopped at a rest stop. Getting out of the car and this auburn fan is walking out(older guy), he sees us wearing Alabama stuff and he immediately started talking shite without anything being said to him....screaming "auburn scored 60 points at their spring game!!! Bammers about to get beat again...auburn owns the bammers" Then as he is driving off he yells "grow up!"

There are some people that just don't have any common sense and start shite without being provoked. It's not always like that, but it can be at times

Not really. The AU fans on this board are super hardcore. The ones you're likely to meet in real life didn't go to AU and more often than not are easy to get along with. It's only the d-bags on this board that incite trouble.

Yes:
quote:

A fan screaming "Roll Tide" outside a fraternity house led to a violent altercation early Saturday that left seven Auburn students injured, five with stab wounds.

LINK

Bama fans are just haters:
quote:

An Escambia County couple died Saturday after an argument over the Alabama/LSU football game ended in shotgun blasts, according to Conecuh County authorities

Investigators said witnesses told them that Dennis Smith, an LSU fan, called Williams, a fan of the Crimson Tide, after the game Saturday evening and an argument ensued.

LINK

they even hate their own:
quote:

Logan's 20-year-old son, Seth, blamed the dispute mainly on his father's anger over Alabama's 34-31 loss to the Razorbacks, said Randy Christian, a spokesman for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

Is that enough?
