Gotcha...sorry, I was reading your post as though he was jerking both schools around leading up to signing day, when I thought he handled it about as well as could be expected. Completely forgot about the hat thing. To me, it didn't bother me. I think that whole hat thing is played out, and I tend to roll my eyes when kids do it, as opposed to feeling slighted.
