BOL has him as one of the top 10 players in the state.

The big fuss is mainly because the kid was a Bama lock and changed his mind at the last second. It has nothing to do with ability and everything to do with rejection. Bama fans don't like being rejected by one of their own who they took for granted. Especially being rejected for their mortal enemy across the state.

had he gone to Fla st probably not nearly as much, but I think the way it went down and Au being the instate rivalry turned this into something it should never have been, but the kid must be goos or Sabana wouldnt have offered him. Cyrus is who Bama fans will be most upset with if we dont get him we are talking melt down of epic proportions. Regardless of who commits to Bama I think most of the rumors will be swirling around him.

Because scout's national rankings fricking blow.

This guy will be a 4-star on rivals and possibly in the Rivals 250. tharinger.com predicts him to be a 5.8 4-star.

Scout has Kenny Hilliard, a Gatoroade Player of the year, as the #147 overall prospect and #22 RB (behind Hill).

Seriously, their rankings are a joke.
