I believe much of Bama's fast rise to a NC this year was based on several things. 1) Auburn's total collaspse with Tuberville gave Bama no instate competitioin. 2) Bama's motivation to not lose to Florida again in the SEC Title Game and not lose the Bowl/NC game. 3) The SEC having a down year. 4) Meyer's obvious health problems in the SEC Title Game causing Florida to play a flat game.

I could say the same things about LSU's two titles. In '03, Boise State beat Hawaii which knocked USC's schedule down a peg allowing LSU to sneak in the national championship game. Then they got to play an overrated Oklahoma team at home for the title. Everybody knows about all the breaks LSU got in '07.

This is the prototypical thread topic generated by TenTex. They're all the same. A stupid fricking question meant to stir up some shite.
