JB stupid post.
KA would have only taken up one spot. Maynard is not a high school signee he would be a transfer. Also do yourself a favor and look at how many 2011 recruits we are in it for. Giving Zach Maynard a scholarship would cause us to miss on one of them. Then take a look at how many players we have on our roster who will juniors, sophomores, and freshmen next year.
What a stupid post. What a stupid post.

Well considering all the non-qualifiers, sign & place, transfers, etc. So are you saying in the future we should pass on lesser talent and only sign 20 guys if we think we can get better the next year?

This ^^^^^

Plus what happens next year when a kid says he wants his best friend to play but his best friend can barely make the scout team?

We are going to have issues with our 85 limit and there will be a class or two where we can only sign 18 or 20. Do you want to use a possible 5 star slot next year for a player that will never see the field? Not me.

this will be a great recruiting yr. Talent in Bama and LA is up and we will attract more talented players this yr. That will be the only problem with a 28 limit but atleast we can sign 30 next yr if we can get an early commit or two that can back count towards this yr.
