plus horrible clock management
one game ruined his whole reputation. The funny thing is the Ravens pissed away a game in similar fashion the very next game and weren't criticised at all.

horrible hires
WTF? Outside of the Co-DC decision he has not been bad at hiring coaches.

is fricking away to much talent.
He did win a NC which is something that Mark Richt has never done with his insane talent.
Miles has demonstrated horrible clock management in the past it just never bit him. The Auburn 2007 game where he threw a pass and were it not caught LSU loses that game, he stated after the game he thought he had more time or some BS.
He threw JJ under the bus saying he didn't tell him to spike the ball when videos show him saying spike the ball.
He's taken a team with massive talent that should rarely have close games and has a lot of close games with them.
he needs to hire some solid coaches for his staff but I don't see that happening I think he'll be out the question is when.

If Les wins 8 games, the support staff is toast.
If Les wins 7 or less, he is gone as well.
With the budget cuts and belt tightening, the university cannot afford to lose grip on the cash cow.........and keeping Les after a 7 win season will cause noticable drops in revenue.
I like Les, but see this as a realistic scenario. I would LOVE to see in post a STRONG 10+ win season where the team had solid performances and solid/consistent coaching. I still support the man and hope for the best.

You dumbass go watch the damn clip. Flynn fricked that up. He had over 20 seconds to run one damn play. He fricked it up. Stop making shite up to give him a reputation.
Harbough was just as much a dumb arse as Miles in the Ravens-Colts game. No one talked about at all and he is a god damn pro coach.
Also the clock management wasn't really the problem it was the play calling before the hail marry. I am pretty sure the hail marry pass was set up to go in the endzone. He also corrected the mistake for both the Arkansas and PSU game. All players and coaches were cogniscient of the clock and their was a plan eventhough it was fricked by the ref in the PSU game.
It has also been proven we should have had time added to the clock by evidence of the UT-NU and Tenn-VT game.
