Exactly. Georgia will probably be the best move for him from a career standpoint.
I seriously doubt we match an offer like that. The salary dynamics at Alabama are set to even scales. Saban pays DC Smart the exact same amount as OC McElwain.

Why save Richt's job? If he waits a year, they may be calling him about the HC position.
