At this point I'm wondering why you even care what TX fans think? You won. You have the BCS and AP titles, so why do you care?

HSV is OK in my book. He's funny and is working on the SEC Rant record for most short term bannages. He and CPA would be a hoot over a few drinks and a shite talking contest.

The "Ref" thing gets to you. I'm a versatile poster. I can drop in on any board on this site and add instant value to the conversation at hand. You obviously know enough about being a ref that most of these simpletons won't call you out. But I see through the charade.

Why don't you? What's holding you back?

Try throwing with broken ribs jackass, much less breathing, coughing, sneezing, which is much easier to do with a dead arm. F#$%off

It's obvious you haven't followed his career and seen the hits he has taken and gotten up and continued to play.

You're right. I haven't followed his career. I only know the last hit he took in his college career put him out of the game.

Let's compare. Ribs =/= Arm
McCoy comes in and has to throw to try and get his team back into the game. He can't execute the offense so Bama lines up 11 within 5 yards of the LOS because they know he can't throw the ball. Only a fricking idiot doesn't understand how stupid it would be for him to play.

Speaking of fricking idiots, how easy do you think it is to throw with cracked ribs? Obviously you've never cracked any.

I'm sorry if it got your panties in a wad. Take up for all the TX "Woulda stomped a mudhole in Bama" whiners you want, just expect me to call horseshite on it.

About the only thing arrakis has thrown in a football game is a penalty flag and I doubt he had a cracked rib when he did it. Now he did tear his rotator cuff signaling a time out once. I guess that might count for something.

Probably the result of nitrous oxide abuse.

Injuries are part of the game. LSU beat UT in the SECCG with a back up QB and RB, had UT won they would have played for the MNC.

I don't understand the "Hey, you won the NC so sit back and let everyone say how cheap you win was " horseshite. The overwhelming number of LSU fans on this board have been very magnanimous, and I appreciate it.

I think with all of the talent Texas recruits, their number 1 running threat shouldn't be a QB, especially a fairly frail one. Running QB's get hurt a lot. Vick, Young, etc. I think Texas's biggest problem is they have no running game. They couldn't get the ball in on first down from the one. They said before the game they wanted to run Colt more this game. When you put your star player in position to get hurt due to the gameplan, you earned what you got.

Hmmm... It definitely sounded like you were riding in to McCoy's rescue earlier. I take it you disagree with all the BS Texas whines then.

If you consider challenging Bama fans for questioning his character because of the injury, I guess you would be correct.

Of course I do. Any whining by TX fans is simply a way to defer from the fact they got beat. Bama won because they are the better team and deserve the trophy; not because a player went out with an injury. Would it have been more interesting with McCoy? Maybe, but maybe not. McCoy could have fumbled 3 times and thrown 4 picks...it's all speculative BS.

Bama fans who attack McCoy are pathetic and puts them at a lower level than the whiney arse TX fans. Win with class even if the other team's fans can't lose with class.

Where did I question his character? When I said he had a low tolerance of being hit? Brodie Croyle had a low tolerance of being hit. Please climb down off the cross.

They just can't face the fact that they have lost two consecutive NC games to an SEC team. Plus SEC went 3-0 vs Big 12 in bowls..

He is right, Texas lost the game when they didn't cash in those early turnovers...14-0 and Bama is in deep trouble..

Has anyone had the courage to ask Nick about the fake punt?
