locker would be the rawest QB ever drafted in the first round

he didnt even get a first round grade from the advisory committee, thats why he returned to washington

Many team like "projects"(potential), he's shown what he can do, he just needs to refine it.

He's farther along than Mark Sanchez, who's yet to learn to look off DBs or go through progressions.

I'm not saying top 5, but he'd make it into the 1st round...

Im not sure that even St. Louis is stupid enough to pass on Suh to take Clausen. The 1st round of the Draft is about taking the best player a team can get, not drafting for need. That is to everyone but bammer, they think that if you need a CB, RB, TE, ect. then the team should draft for that regradless of the grade given. So a second rounder corner should go 1st overall because the team "needs" a corner. This is one of the many, many reasons I left al.com.

IMO, I think Mallett comes back for one more season, then goes pro.

Not always, teams like Miami and KC showed that need was more valuable than best available.

I don't think the Rams get Suh, I think he slips to the 2nd pick..

You go look at their first year stats and tell me Mallett is another Russell. IMO Mallett needs another year to be truly NFL ready, but that doesn't mean he won't go this year. He filed his paperwork with the advisory group. I think they'll tell him he will better off waiting. But, a bird in the hand as they say!

it's a combo of that. btw the Rams love Suh as do the Buccaneers. My guess is though that the Rams need a new QB so bad they either trade down n get more draft picks (which they need) for a team deserpate to get Suh or they take Suh n grab a qb in the 2nd or 3rd rd which isn't a bad idea especially in this draft

Clausen and Mallet would be the first two QB's taken. Mallet perhaps first.

Mallet would be the 3rd or 4th QB taken

Vince Young is not the best QB ever. But he is a winner.
