He is a guy who went to Vanderbilt but became a booster to Alabama after developing a friendship with Paul Bear Bryant.
He was tried and later convicted for being Bama's runner, aka guy who carries the money for the University to buy players.
He intended to pay 150,000 dollars to a highschool coach to get Bama a recruit from his school.
