Dedication/commitment
The man is totally focused on preparing his team. He lives his commitment (he's disciplined) and demands it from his assistants and players. He's a brilliant defensive mind and doesn't allow his offense to beat his team with mistakes. In other words he's conservative on offense except when he knows he has to be aggressive like in the Florida game. He knows his opponents inside and out and tunes his defense and offense to match his opponents strengths and weaknesses. In other words he's about as close to the perfect coach as you will find.

he is an expert at evaluating talent,he recruits based on his needsat the time, doesn't get too many players where he has to then decide how to use them...
it is like getting pieces and just placing them in his puzzle
