it's true. but the BCS has only been around since what... 98-99 or something? but yeah, y'all have DOMINATED during the bcs era. along with USC and Texas and Oklahoma.

Every team did this year. We had a kick arse OOC winning percentage as a whole. Two 7-5 teams beating the ACC Championship participants helped bolster that image too.

That's why LSU fans won't have to say that our conference won the last 5 championships and is the best conference, its already known. We really don't give a damn if you win the game or not. We are worried about LSU, not what Alabama does or thinks. Congrats on your win, but you haven't won what your looking for yet. Goodluck!

Speak for yourself. I hope Alabama wins to help ensure that the SEC champ gets into the big game every year. How would you like it if Bama fails (being favored) this year, and the SEC starts to get a Big 10 type black "can't play in the big game" cloud over it? I know I want LSU to have every chance it can get for the future, and bama winning it all this year helps with that.

this conference makes the best teams. i think if you pulled any of the great programs (lsu, florida, now even alabama) and put them in any other conference in the us....they would dominate for the first 5 or so years then eventually that great program would slowly slide because the lack of quality competition within that conference. IMO

I'll be rooting for Bama solely because I want five of the last seven BCSC won by SEC teams. We have hands down dominated college football and everyone keeps making cases for other conferences but the Champsionships don't lie.
