As much as i hate to admit it...it would not surprise me in the least if he ends up playing in this game...no way that he should...but the fact that he didn't blow..i have a feeling he will get out of this somehow...it's a shame the star treatment these guys get

I don't know about Florida, but in some states, refusal to take a breathalizer test is legally considered an admission of guilt.
