No big deal. Meyer will do nothing to this guy. A DUI is no big deal at Florida, I bet this guy won't miss a practice.

If he refused the breath test, how do we know he was drunk? Be a while for this one makes the docket.

Since this is an "innocent till proven guilty" society, he'll prolly strap it up Saturday.

When did it become illegal to sleep in a person's car? A half-arse defense lawyer will get this one thrown out in about 2 seconds. "My client knew he was impaired and decided to sleep in his car rather than drive while under the influence."

Any witnesses see him actually driving the car? Pfftttt!!
