I guess let's just stick purely to numbers and not any actual playmaking ability.

But that "playmaking ability" isn't translating into better numbers than one of his counterparts.

I know you're not trying to be a dick, and I'm not either.

But it sounds like Tebow could have 50 total yards on the year, with 1 TD, and he is automatically 1st Team All-SEC because at any moment he might start producing.

I don't buy into that. Why don't we just ignore on the field performance and hand out awards to those with the most potential? That's what we are doing with Tebow.

Is it easier for a QB to get 100 yards through the air or on the ground? Which is more effective at clock management? Runnign or Throwing?

No, bc/ when you watch him play in a short yardage situation, Tebow can run and throw. You have to respect that. Even when you play him run, he still manages to get that first down 9 out of 10 times.

Well speaking of performance, bad calls or not, Did Tebow lead his team down the field to beat Ark? When UF needs a score or first down, they usually get it and it's mainly b/c of Tebow.

Did Graham Harrell deserve the Heisman last year?
