If he would retire, I wouldn't mind though.

Monte Kiffin is no Kifftard. He's a well respected coach and has earned it.

I have a feeling that dealing with 17-22 year old prima donna's and thugs is just not his cup of tea any longer.

He's done way too much to have to kiss bratty football player butts.

Monte is retiring!? Even he knows that Tennessee is a hopeless cause. He's bailing out before the entire ship goes under!

SIAP, I heard that Nick Saban is going to the Cowboys and Urban Meyer is going to Notre Dame and Les Miles is going to Michigan.

Oh, also, I was hoping that all of the assistants at all of these schools die on the sidelines and also Charlie Strong, Gus Malzahn, and John Chavis are all getting head coaching jobs. Oh, and also, I don't have a link, but I'm pretty sure that you are all fricking retards.

That link was 8 weeks ago

He has had time to rethink things..

Probably enjoys the mountains in Tennessee, and has decided it would be fun to just relax..

Maybe he will just be a consultant?
