I wouldn't be surprised if a few bad calls go against Bama this weekend at MSU. Slive and his officials will be trying so hard to show that there is no bias for the Tide and will overcompensate with bad calls. It shouldn't matter as Bama will walk all over MSU, but the officials could kill all the preferential treatment talk with a few bad Bama calls.

two wrongs don't make a right, and that would just lead to more criticism.

I firmly believe a team makes its own way a call can change a game but each team has its own opportunities to win the game. The only exception would be killing a last second td. Had they given Peterson the int and he had been out of bounds and the bad call went against Bama, how could I get upset when we were in the redzone 3 times and LSu did nothing to stop us. We had a 12 man in the huddle penalty and GM missed a wideopen JJ. He then missed 2 wide open receivers by 5 yds on overthrows and a pass over the middle to Maze to keep a drive alive. we shot ourselves in the foot and had our opportunities.

if they do, then they're not doing what they are supposed to be doing. calling them how they see them.

if i'm a ref, i don't worry about all the bs hype... worst thing that they can do is let the public outcry get in their heads and make them screw up even MORE calls because they don't want to screw up.

throw the flags as you see them happen. if someone wants to replace you, so be it.
