I'll admit that LSU still would have likely lost assuming we got the INT call, but you cannot argue that the bad call and subsequent FG prematurely ended any chance that LSU had in the game. There is no other way to spin it.
It leaves me with the impression that refs had no interest in a last minute Bama defensive stand. Style points and margin of victory are very important this late in the year. Even die hard Gumps have to admit that.

The real think that ended any chances for us to win the game is they completely shut our offense down in the 4th Q
3 3 and outs for a total of 9 yards. We got beat, plain and simple. Get over it and move on.
