"Relative to uniforms, the color is not a part of the process. A'ight? The question is, how good do you want to be? Would it have mattered at Pearl Harbor if the Japanese had orange airplanes? We need for everyone, from the players on down to the fans, to buy into what we are trying to create here. I don't have time for this shite."
