I think their problem is in the trenches. The OL has not been getting the push that they should in the run game and the DL isn't getting enough pressure on the QB.

I expect their OL to improve because they have too much talent. I'm not sure if their DL and LBs will step up enough to make them a legit contender.

True, but they are more talented than the teams they have played and still having these problems.

Bingo. The DL is improving. I think they'll be okay. The OL is a huge issue. If LSU can't run the ball, it's gonna be a long season...4 or 5 losses long. If they improve here, they'll be pretty good. The OL is the key.
